Using Store Credits
Store credits can be issued for multiple reasons: Restrictions, Cancelations, Defective items, Returned items, etc. You can view them in your account information.
Credits apply automatically to your next order placed.
Password/Log In Issues
Having troubles logging in? Does it keep repeating that your password is not working? Call us and we may be able to give you a temporary solution.
Order not linked to Account
There may be an email issue, or you might not have an account with us.
